Ten minutes into the second half, Spencer Hillner was able to find Erick Martinez on top of the box, and Erick scored his first goal of the season, putting Providence on the board. The goal seemed to spark a fire in the Sea Beggars, driving them to compete even harder. After a long 30 minutes of both teams trying to put the ball in the back of the net, Hillner found possession of the ball at the top 18 and scored a banger of a goal, closing the gap to 3-2. The Beggars felt more energized, and Coach Robert Gurule encouraged his team to stay focused. In the 90th minute, the Sea Beggars persistence paid off as they found a way to score the equalizer off a Diego Aparicio game-tying goal. Providence had leveled the score, and the game ended with a 3-3 draw.

Providence Christian recorded nine shots; six of them were on the goal, and goalkeeper Mario Trujillo finished with six crucial saves, keeping the Sea Beggars in the game. The match was filled with intensity, showcased the competitive nature of both teams, and left the fans on the edge of their seats on every shot on goal until the final whistle.
